Things You Can Do With Hongo

The Regular License allows you or the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of Hongo.

With Hongo licensed use, you are allow to create one single end product like website for you or for your customers.

An end product is a customized implementation of Hongo, usually a new website that requires an application of skill and effort to be created.

Hongo license is one-time transferable to client when you create one-end product for your client. You can also take single end product fee from the client.

With this Hongo license, you can create and modify website theme for creation of your single end product. However, the permission is only for a single product.

Things You Can’t Do

You are not permitted to sell the end product, except to one client.

You can not able to re-distribute Hongo as stock or template or with source files.

You may not extract and use a single component of Hongo on a stand-alone basis. However, you can modify before creating a single end product.

You do not have the right to extract Hongo to use it separately from the end product.

You can not use the Hongo or ThemeZaa logo or any other trademarks associated with ThemeZaa.

FAQ Related To Hongo

If I need to use Hongo on a second site, do I need a second license?
Yes. Single purchase of Hongo permits you to use the theme on one processed site. If you wish to use it on a second site, you have to purchase a second license.

Can I use Hongo on a test site, then move it to a live site when finished?
Definitely, you can. You can keep the theme on a test site to create it and then transfer it to the live site once you’re finished.

Can I keep a test site and a live site with one Regular License purchase?
According to the licensing rules set by Envato, this is not acceptable. If it is available in two places at the same time permanently, you must require two licenses.

Do I need a new license for every new landing page I create within my site?
As long as it’s all on the same domain, for one end product, a single license is fine.

If I purchase an Extended License, can I use it for multiple clients or projects?
No. The Extended License is still restricted to a single end product. For more information, please read the Extended License terms.

If I delete a website, can I reuse the license on a new one?
Yes, you can. It is used on one active Hongo website that you are operating within the terms of the license.
